TOUR ITINERARY

 Start your Nashville journey being picked-up at a designated location. Our first stop will be the famous Ryman Auditorium, the former home of the Grand Ole Opry and the filming location of The Johnny Cash Show on ABC-TV from 1969-71. As we explore the venue, I will share behind-the-scenes stories about the filming of the show and the history of this iconic location in country music. Your tour includes admission to the Ryman Auditorium.
The Johnny Cash Museum. Prepare to dive deep into the world of the Man in Black with a personal walk through the world-renowned Johnny Cash Museum! Ranked as the number one music museum by both Forbes and National Geographic Traveler, this incredible attraction holds one of the largest and most comprehensive collections of Johnny Cash artifacts and memorabilia in the world. As your insider guide, we will walk through the museum, sharing exclusive stories and highlighting items (some that once belonged to me) that only those close to Johnny would know about. Your tour includes museum admission.
Music Row - Driving down Nashville's Music Row, we will soak in the history and vibes of the music industry's epicenter. Passing by Columbia Studios and the legendary Quonset Hut, you will hear the very songs that Johnny Cash recorded there—a truly immersive experience!
Hendersonville, Tennessee Home of Johnny Cash Former site of Johnny Cash Lake Home. As we cruise down the Johnny Cash Parkway our next stop is the home of Johnny Cash. I'll share photos and exclusive video footage of the stunning lakeside home that Johnny Cash once called his own. Sadly, the house tragically burned down in 2007, but its memory lives on.
House of Cash. We will visit Johnny's old personal office which doubled as a recording studio as well. At one time Johnny had a personal museum there and many of those items are in the museum in downtown Nashville today. This building was prominently featured in Johnny's iconic "Hurt" video. I'll share with you photos, video and stories of my visits there through the years.
Hendersonville Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home. We will pay our respects at the graves of Johnny, June and members of his family and band mates. We will walk together around the cemetery and visit the special memorial in the funeral home for the Cash's.
Hendersonville - Lunch at Center Point BBQ. This was one of Johnny's favorite places to eat, so get ready to savor the flavors that Johnny himself enjoyed! The many photos on the wall and the warm, Tennessee hospitality add to the charm of this classic restaurant recently featured on The Food Network. Lunch is included with your tour.
After lunch, we will return to your original pick-up point of the tour.
